At Shuvediishaa Ventures xealthyorganica.com, we are committed to providing customers with high-quality food and grocery products, manufactured and handled under strict hygiene and FSSAI compliance.

As per our company policy and due to the nature of the products (edible food items), all purchases are final and non-refundable.

1. No Refund Policy

Once an order is successfully placed and shipped/delivered, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

Change of mind

Personal taste preferences

Product not needed anymore

Incorrect order placed by the customer

2. No Return / No Exchange

For hygiene and safety reasons, food products cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered.

This includes:

Oils

Cereals, pulses, flours

Jaggery, sugars

Any sealed or packaged food item

3. Damaged or Wrong Product Delivery

We ensure that every product is packed safely. However, in rare cases if:

Product is physically damaged during transit

Wrong item received

Packaging unsealed on delivery

• Then the customer must record a video during unboxing and contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
• Order ID
• Photos/Videos as proof

If approved, replacement will be provided for the same product ONLY.
Refund will still NOT be issued.

4. Cancellation Policy

Order cancellation is not allowed once the payment is completed and the order is processed.

If cancellation is requested before dispatch, we may consider it at our sole discretion.
